QuikClot EMS 4x4 Dressing is a nonwoven hemostatic dressing. The gauze is 4-ply, soft, white and hydrophilic. It is infused with kaolin, which is an inorganic mineral that is both safe and effective in accelerating the body's natural clotting ability. Kaolin does not contain animal or human-derived proteins or shellfish products. It is ideal for a broad range of bleeding situations.
