Description
The TMT™ (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet) is designed to provide effective arterial occlusion during emergency bleeding control. Its wider band helps distribute pressure more evenly around the limb, while the mechanical windlass system allows pressure to be applied and secured during use. The design is intended to support effective bleeding control while helping minimise unnecessary tissue pressure.
Recognised by the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), the TMT™ is designed for use by military personnel, emergency responders and trained civilian first aid providers. Its one-handed application capability and durable construction make it suitable for demanding emergency response environments.
