The Nasco Weighted Vest 40 Lbs Medium is designed to provide realistic weighted training for firefighter physical ability testing and fitness assessment. The vest simulates the weight of protective clothing and self-contained breathing apparatus and can accommodate two additional 12.5-lb shoulder weights to replicate the load of a high-rise pack or hose bundle.
